Paul directs U.S. Engineering Services at Solphi. Paul has 25 years of electrical engineering experience with 14 years of experience in solar project development, design, and technical due diligence.

Paul is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States (AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MD, MI, MO, MN, MS, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NC, ND, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY).

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES DIRECTOR / PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (CANADA)

Ross directs Canada Engineering Services at Solphi. Ross has over a decade of electrical engineering experience, designing, inspecting, and consulting on solar, energy storage and hybrid energy systems.

Ross is a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada (Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan).

INDEPENDENT ENGINEERING SERVICES DIRECTOR

Nate directs Independent Engineering Services at Solphi. Nate has been modelling & validating solar system performance for over a decade and has extensive experience supporting finance and M&A activities for utility scale and C&I solar and storage portfolios across North America. Nate has a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University where he gained R&D experience at the Queen’s Solar Lab.

LEAD DESIGNER

Eric-Scott has 10 years of experience installing, commissioning, designing, reviewing, and inspecting solar projects. Eric-Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is working toward becoming a licensed professional engineer.

DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES DIRECTOR

Hunter has 3 years of experience developing and managing the construction and commissioning of solar projects. Hunter has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a licensed professional engineer in NC.

ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER / JUNIOR DESIGNER

Brendan has 5 years of experience designing, modeling, reviewing, and inspecting solar projects. Brendan has a master’s degree in Applied Science from Queen’s University.

Brendan is a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada (Ontario).

ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER / JUNIOR DESIGNER

Marie-Jo has 4 years of experience designing, modeling, and managing the construction of solar projects. Marie-Jo has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration on power and energy systems from the American University of Beirut and is working toward becoming a licensed professional engineer.

SENIOR DESIGNER / SITE INSPECTION MANAGER

Jimmy has 15 years of experience designing, reviewing, and inspecting solar projects. Jimmy has a bachelor’s degree in Appropriate Technology / Renewable Energy from Appalachian State University.

Jimmy is a licensed electrician.
